Return & Refund Policy:

Online orders:

  • Items must have the clothing tag attached still and be free of stains, pet hair, or smells of any kind to be eligible for a exchange or store credit. 
  • An online request must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the item. 
  • Please email shopcashmerec@gmail.com with your request and the subject line stating "Exchange or store credit". 
  • Once the request is processed and accepted the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back. 
  • When your item is received please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to ship or store credit to be issued. 
  • Store credit will be issued in form of an online gift card, sent to your email address.
  • Sale items are final sale. 

In store purchases:

  • Items must have the clothing tag attached still and be free of stains, pet hair, or smells of any kind to be eligible for a exchange or store credit. 
  • In store purchases can only be exchanged or given store credit for, in store. 
  • An exchange must be within 30 days of the purchased item.
