Online orders:
- Items must have the clothing tag attached still and be free of stains, pet hair, or smells of any kind to be eligible for a exchange or store credit.
- An online request must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the item.
- Please email shopcashmerec@gmail.com with your request and the subject line stating "Exchange or store credit".
- Once the request is processed and accepted the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back.
- When your item is received please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to ship or store credit to be issued.
- Store credit will be issued in form of an online gift card, sent to your email address.
- Sale items are final sale.
In store purchases:

- In store purchases can only be exchanged or given store credit for, in store.
- An exchange must be within 30 days of the purchased item.
