Refund policy
Online orders:
- Items must have the clothing tag attached still and be free of stains, pet hair, or smells of any kind to be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
- An online request must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the item.
- Please email shopcashmerec@gmail.com with your request and the subject line stating your order number.
- Once the request is processed and accepted the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back.
- When your item is received please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to ship or store credit or refund to be issued.
- Store credit will be issued in form of an online gift card, sent to your email address.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes items marked down on sale & items in the sale tab.
Damages and issues
We inspect each item before shipping out however, please still inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
